Market is behaving better than most summers. At least there's a rally now & then--when investors are convinced that Kerry's not a threat.

Everytime another new gov minister is killed in Iraq, someone steps up to take his place. That speaks volumes as to whether or not the Iraqi people support the transfer of power & are grateful for the sacrifices of those who gave the last full measure to get it done.
