At this point, I have about equal shares of MRVC and STLW.. The thing of interest at this point with STLW is they report on 24th (last one was nothing to get excited about in terms of bottom line) but STLW is at this time being shopped around.. with their last acquisition it is now a mixed bag and cheap although they are still losing money.. Question is whether they will find any buyer or any premium..

Greg, actually I'd be pleased with (0.03).

I tend to believe the SG&A issue is productivity related (and indirectly size; JDSU at 21-22%) especially with LuminentOIC, and perhaps failure to drive selling behavior with an appropriately revised sales incentive plan from say 12-18 months ago. Reward should be given to those who achieve 100% of monthly sales forecasted quota (not 105% and certainly not 95%!).
