Figure it out, genius. It sure as hell isn't going back into the pockets of the people who paid the money (or will pay it later). We are in the midst of a grand scheme to skim and gouge the middleclass for the benefit of the very rich and corporate campaign contributors of Bush-Cheney. If you deny this you're a liar.
