He is good at pushing things a bit, and then stepping away, comes back a few more times, and suddenly there is a solution... I have suggested we give the government credit, on the plaque on the schoolhouse, for partnering with CTH to get the school built.....The tough nut in this situation may be that the government official in charge wants the money to pass through his hands...that won't happen. we'll see. awesome day for sailing here, in the 80's and very breezy.
