JF, A neo is not a conservative.

In terms of ideology and personality, Bush is a lot closer to Reagan than he is to Carter. If that's a "neoconservative," well then so is Reagan.

Personally I think the "neocon" label is all about the first rule of partisan politics, pushed by liberals who are tired of being called ... well, liberals.
