SiouxBuddy If he's a bumbler in the speech department then you know that because he does it IN PUBLIC. I'm thinking Bush has no handle to fly off on. Sure, Bush stumbles on his words. He's not an elouent speaker. Neither is Kerry, who has a slightly smoother but paced delivery. Edwards is a speaker. Clinton was and is a speaker. So what? I could care less that the President has a smooth delivery. Why is that so important to you? Ya just shot yooself in the 'lil toe dude. :•) Ouch! I disagree. Your guy Kerry is the one who has a hard time refraining from shooting his mouth off. The man has trouble controlling himself.
