To be in a position to take our hard earned money should require absolute fiscal responsibility. We all can bring examples of the lack of it in Washington. The current example of Kerry receiving pay without showing up is just a small example of the dishonesty in Washington and how readily accepted it is by his peers and party members.

Kerry should return his paychecks as required and start to set an example of fiscal responsibility. He cannot speak out for it and steal and the same time. The code is very clear regarding this.
