Wrong. Lowering taxes during two wars is always a bad idea. Bush asks for no sacrifice from Americans yet spends like a drunken sailor and cuts taxes for the rich. Plus, we didn't have a recession until Bush's energy crisis and after he took office and stopped the successful pay as you go Clinton legacy in its tracks. Ever thought Bush policies and energy gougers created the recession? and that maybe it was done on purpose? The deficit is much too large now to be at all sustainable. It is getting worse all the time. Plus Bush is spending more than anyone in history. Like there is no tomorrow. The problem is not the consumer class tax cuts which stimulate but the rich tac cuts which don't. They didn't need help and are getting the lion's share of the benefits. They are budget busters and so is Bush's war. His father's Gulf War didn't cost us anything. GW should have asked hyis real father's advice, not some mythical "higher" father. Who was it anyway, Mars the God of War? Bush-Cheney are guilty of gross mismanagement, lying and corruption. For you to defend them is self-defeating. We cannot afford four more years of these stinkers.
