Unless you can talk about percentages and probabilities of your "tendency", a conclusion that starts with "It seems obvious that..." and goes on to conclude that people likely to vote a certain way will decrease over time because they tend to be OK with having abortions is completely bogus.

And don't even get me started on the stupidity of equating the propensity to have abortions, to less children. A woman can have five abortions in her college years and then have four kids. Another woman, a more religious one let's say, can be very vigilent about taking her pills on time, have no abortions, but then have two kids when she gets married. Who has more kids now?

It winds me up to see such baseless and completely unsupported assertions under the guise of scientific findings/extrapolations.
