How in the world did an alleged Iraqi poll play into your response to my post about the Left? LOL

To humor you, I'll comment on your remarks: First, I've never seen any poll with such numbers, not even close. But, even if they were, I wonder whether the terms, "Liberators," and "Occupiers," were defined and distinguished sufficiently for people to understand the difference. I'm not sure that many people think about it that deeply, and the distinction not only might be blurred, but could be meaningless.

Where we are on the time line makes a difference.

We've ALREADY LIBERATED and accomplished that mission, as we already captured Saddam and killed his evil sons; therefore, there's no other alternative but to label our troops as, "occupiers."

I wonder what the results would be if there were more options to choose from, e.g. "Protectors," "Pacifiers," "Police," "Allies," and the like.
