GW opposes 9/11 commission, he favors 9/11 commission. He opposes extending their deadline, he supports extending their deadline. He opposes an outside WMD commission, he supports an outside WMD commission. He's against a homeland security, he's for it. He likes chalabi, he hates chalabi. Gay marriage is a state issue, it's an issue the feds must address. He's against McCain Feingold, he signs McCain Feingold. Of course, Carl Rove poll numbers had nothing to do with any of this.
