That is a most interesting paragraph, LB. How do we know that Iraq didn't respond? (Medieval civilizations relied on horse and courier which left no trail....what makes us think this is any different?) despite.. repeated contacts.....Looks like we have some proof of this... appear...appearances can be deceiving collaborative...but did evidence exist that each group had terrorism in mind as a stand alone unit?
