It didn't even move the market. Noone noticed it was a practice run for an attack on Ras Tanura (6mbpd) or their Western Pipeline (5mbpd), either of which, if it took 10 days to fix, would remove 50mb+, or about 20 days of the 2.5mbpd increase the Saudis just put through. This one, 10 days out causing 10-20mb interruption, is just the detonator cap.
