They're one of the main players in the Canadian well servicing industry, one of the few big public Canadian players - Trican being another, that provide mainly fracturing but also cementing, coil-tubing, nitogen, acidizing etc... services. They compete against Halliburton, Schlumberger, Sanjel, BJ Services and Trican mainly but are big enough to have a significant presence. Activity levels pretty much ride the ups and downs of drilling activity, as does the equipment construction levels for these companies. Cashflow and earnings are usually good like the drillers.

Most of the equipment they have is less than 5 years old.
