Yes. To your credit. Poet also spoke up when someone was expressing irrational hatered a while back. Looks like it was too over the edge for her to stick around. A lot of right wingers have confronted Cyberken et al over on the Bush thread. Initially it seemed to have some effect but not for long. The issue for me personally is not to irradicate evil from the world or even diminish it. I do it for the sake of my own soul not because I think I can change anybody or the world. I don't believe in saviors. We may defeat the enemies of liberty and help democracy grow in Iraq and the ME; I bet it doesn't become paradise as a result.,, To stand up and confront injustice for the sake of your eternal soul at every opportunity is all I or you can do ... or not. not equals ignore and neglect.
