We could all go to Florida and register to vote.

If you're a democrat, you don't even have to go there, or register. Just call the dem-controlled county canvassing boards after the election, and tell them you had INTENDED to vote democratic but didn't get around to it. They want every vote to count, and for every intention to count whether or not accompanied by the requisite act.
