Think that the sum of these fears we enumerated lead folks to consume staples like diaper stocks P&G because usage will continue in their product line unabated. With chips you may facing rapid worldwide deceleration if there is large terror attack, or oil disruption and unlike 2001, perhaps the fed will not be able to do much to help. Maybe thats the doomsday view of things that is coloring this bull market gray. mike PS this explains why you have to superimpose rts caution over bobs optimism. Inst investors lack of interest probably is caused by these exigent factors. Another factor is the debt incurred by US.
