That's interesting. Does each teacher have an aid? Is this program in all school districts? I know in my state, the school districts would have to add people (or extend the working hours of teachers if they were used) if this program was to be conducted after school and in the school facility.

By training, I only meant that the staff would have to trained to carry out the program and would need to know something about handling children, not necessarily licensed teachers. I think most states today require licensing of private day care operators and have minimum staffing requirements based on the age and number of children.
