I considered Clinton to be reckless in his private life. I was critical of that recklessness and his lies to cover it up but his recklessness did not extend into his domestic policy and foreign policy. His domestic policy proposals and foreign policy proposals were actually quite cautious and conservative. I believe Kerry would govern the same way - from the political center.
