Gee and you knew that it happened without anyone's knowledge. This has been known in intelligence circles for last few years. Remember it is Wink Wink policy as long as you allow us to operate within your soil to get to OBL.

Putting aside the rather remarkable conceit for now that this huge nuclear program (run by the Pakistani military, and financed by the Saudis) was 'not known' by the leaders of the Pakistani military (for, of course, the current "President" is an extremely well-connected General...), nor by our government, we are faced with a more important question: Since all this (Dr. Khan's bomb work and proliferation efforts) is well known now by the public (and the Saudi's push for an "Islamic Bomb")... why is Dr. Khan living a perfectly comfortable life... with all of the millions he's earned... only under supposed 'house arrest' in a mansion in Pakistan? Why no punishment?
