Please go to Detroit and the industrial midwest you so love and tell them that the dollar needs to be higher so that our imports could be cheaper. The UAW will love you. The USW will love you. The AFL/CIO will love you. Oh - I bet I forgot the protectionist legislation you would offer. Here in Cleveland ISG ( a steel company ) is booming. Steel workers are going back to work. I know workers going to work is bad news for you - but perhaps the Union workers will wake up. Wake up so pipelines can be built using union workers. Wake up so that nuclear power plants can be built using union workers. How long do you think they will think you loonies on the left are their friends.
