news is people buying put options to cover themselves if market tumbles. Heavy put buying usually bullish. This is just from cnbc. What do you make of this? mike

Every option I've owned has had a small paper profit at some time, and nearly every one has been sold at a loss, or expired worthless. After a couple years trading options, I've decided I don't have the right stuff for it--I think you need to much more of a trader, take a series of small profits, get in and out, and so forth. That works for some, but it's not my style.
