then I have a right to equal treatment under the law

Equal protection under the law is a constitutional right, based on a presumed natural right, that deals with equal protection in matters of law or government. It says nothing about a more general right to equal treatment by non-government groups or individuals. The equal opportunity laws and other anti-discrimination laws and regulations are not direct results of the constitutional right to equal protection under the law. Private business don't have the legal right to discriminate in certain ways but this is because of specific laws banning such discrimination, not from an extension of the equal protection clause.

Are you not aware that such discrimination was outlawed years ago.

Lots of things are outlawed. What's your point?

Pretending that the right to free association trumps the right to equal treatment under the law is just that...a PRETENSE.

As a matter of law I am making no such claim or pretense. As a matter of natural rights it isn't a pretense.

And all people purchasing goods or services are entitled by law to equal treatment without regard to colour, race, religion, or gender. It is called CIVILIZATION. Love it or leave it.

Civilization has been around a lot longer then anti-discrimination laws. Such laws are not a requirement for or a necessary consequence of civilization.
