If you get nuked, you should be nuking immediately before it becomes a typical western morality play about whether we should sink to their level or not. I don't think we should or would. Invade Iran and hang every mullah from the nearest lamp post is more likely. Why kill a million poor slobs who had nothing to do with it? When that happens, and it may, we would go on a world wide crusade to wipe out all Nuke holders. It is much more likely now than it ever was when we were dealing with the Soviet Empire.
