AS IN ALL the other occupied countries, the Nazi power profited from the support of local sympathisers.

You can leave out the term Nazi here. It's the general mechanics of occupation.

For local sympathizers, you can easily put in the name "Chalabi", for instance.

"The aa installed bb as prime minister in ii and throughout the war he collaborated with the aa."

Vidkun Quisling, had pointed out how valuable it would be for Germany to occupy Norway.

translates then roughly to:

"Chalabi (or Allawi), had pointed out how valuable it would be for USA to occupy Iraq."

Correct, no?

When you hear that the USA is trying to build up a 3000 head "embassy" and is about to construct 16 permanent military bases ... what do you think it is? Friendship?

I can tell you - I'd cut the throat of every collaborator installed by a foreign power in my country. Wouldn't you do the same thing?
