Both parties play the game. Every president's political enemies manage to skewer any perceived weakness or, if necessary, manufacture one. Modern American politics is ruthless. That's why we have difficulty finding quality candidates.

Are the nation's sexual harassment laws "ill advised"? Perhaps they should just be repealed? After all, if perjury in a sexual harassment case is no big deal, then why bother having these laws in the first place?
