Kerry could have made environmental policies a centerpiece
of his work in the Senate. To my knowledge, he authored no bills on the subject (or any others).

What exactly is his record on environmental issues?

Bear I'm sorry if I said it wrong. I meant that, after one is elected, they should do every damn thing they can to be an outstanding president. When you get the job do it good.
The campaigning baloney is to get elected.
