yes, the french quarter yes, wild stories once our alarm clock broke, at night when we were ready to set it so, my mom and me took the two dogs and walked to the other end of the quarter to the 24 hours Walgreens for a new one on the way back [the quarter wasn't so touristy then] we came upon a Decatur street corner, deserted and covered with fresh pooled blood - YIKES! - of course the dogs made a beeline to it, jumping and sniffy we picked up the dogs and ran like hell for home
