The process has started in CA to give them driver's licenses. To top that off, that will enable them to vote.

Take everyone you know that's entitled to vote to your local registration office. Accompany them to the polling place on election day. Far too many Americans have forfeited their only power--the right to vote. In the past, Congress & Pres responded to average Americans, when they knew their lack of attention to constituents would result in defeat at the ballot box. The most effective way to organize your proposed "revolt" is by each one of us organizing a personal "get out the vote" effort.
