Sure. Just as long as they can find private insurance...

Which they can't because no insurer will insure these ultra dangerous plants.

Why should they get away without insurance when I have to pay through the nose after 34 years of accident free driving?

I remember the Nuke companies lies "It's a billion to one odds of a meltdown". So should everyone here.

Like I said though, if they can get insurance so be it.
