Hundreds of pages of documents -- many of them duplicates -- detailed Bush's service in the Guard from 1968 until 1973.

Bush's medical records, dozens of pages in all, were opened for examination by reporters in the Roosevelt Room, but those documents were not allowed to leave the room.

The records showed that Bush, a pilot, was suspended from flying status beginning Aug. 1, 1972, because of his failure to have an annual medical examination. His last flight exam was on May 15, 1971.

There should have been a record of action taken because of missing a critical med exam. That was not part of the records released. According to National Guard pilot who wrote the article I posted, these records cannot be released without the consent of Bush. What we are seeing here is an obvious attempt to baffle with bull by releasing duplicates to make it look like there is substance to the release. And no explanation of how a trained pilot just decides to quit. He had to work on a political campaign in Alabama? Come on jl. You're smarter than that.
