I am amazed at the irony of becoming "#1 on the Power List" by making a movie about one whose philosophy centers around the rejection of worldly wealth, fame, and power. I'm not trying to cast moral judgement against Mel. Maybe he's the best of souls, I can't say. But making millions off Jesus seems to be spiritual thin ice at best. Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.
