I suspect the "normal" number is less than one per year, yet this year we've had four(4) .. so Chief has been working long hours lately ... supposedly three of the four have been solved (arrests made at any rate), but when he and his band were the program at Rotary couple of months ago he said a CD release was imminent when I can get my hands on one, I'll send it to you ... to me when I hear his band I immediately feel as if I need a pack of cigarettes in my pocket and a pitcher of beer on the table .... LOL calls back "the good ol days" ...... now, as I enter the elderhood of life, no longer smoke OR drink alcohol BUT back when I did ...... I was an eight pack a day unfiltered Camel inhaler and a case of beer was barely enough to get me through a twenty four hour period ..... yep ... I said 8 packs .. heh heh heh but then, I really quit smoking more than 30yrs ago (got back to 8perday when our only son went overseas in Desert Storm) .. as he was one of the first 7K over there and one of the first 212 back (second plane out of country) ... didn't take me long to quit that time as it only went on about half a year ..... but, I digress, as usual .... Thin Blues Line harkens me back to my hard smoking hard drinking hard living days .... and, they really are good .....
