JDN, I must be hanging around on here too much.... I just had a liberal idea how the Iraqis can reduce the car bombings. In the United States, if you use certain types of bullets to kill someone, they will add 5 or 10 years to your murder sentence. Liberals can advocate the same thing in Iraq. If a terrorists uses artillery shells instead of C4 or dynamite, he will have 10 years added to his sentence. That should od it. Or if the terrorists kills a teacher or postal employee instead of a run of the mill taxpayer, 10 more years will be added to their sentence. Brilliant.
