You ought to tell the truth, Gerry. Falwell didn't blame "America" here. He blamed child-murderers and Sodomites for part of the blame.

The difference here between Falwell and leftists is that Falwell may actually be right. Also, when informed that he cannot support his statement specific to 911 and that therefore he ought not have said it, he obviously is man enough to apologize.
