Clinton did some good things. Meaningful welfare reform did occur. He didn't run up a budget deficit with the huge increases in revenue which IMO showed a lot of restraint. The bad things he did was strip/underfund intelligence agencies going instead with worthless electronic intercepts and major giveaways to illegal immigrants through amnesties, and ridiculous gun control laws that achieved nothing except disarming the law abiding and arming violent criminals. How many tax payer dollars are wasted every year prosecuting non-violent gun paperwork offenders?
