MoMoney,
I took a while this time, because I needed a bit more time to digest the information provided by the CEO, especially the termination of FengFan, the Tyco agreement, the lack of mention regarding the cash flow break even.

Recently I saw news about the closing of 1000 pharma plants in China due to drug quality issues. If VLNC sensed a great risk in sharing their intellectual property with FengFan they have the right to terminate. After all, it is their property.
As for moving "other manufacturing operations" to China for mass-production for Tyco and others, I plan to call Kevin or Stephan for clarification. Thanks for your kind words. Ram
