How many friendly fire deaths have happened since Bush took office? Do you think then Bush is a murderer? if accidents happened or agents went too far under Reno, that's nothing unusual. What about the innocent guy Ashcroft arrested last month and held without an attorney? In war and iun law enforcement, sh*t happens. Lesson is, don't be a wacky paranoid, have an arsenal and resist ATF agents.

Jeff If my recollection is correct, he was also acquitted of murder and conspiracy charges brought against him and Kevin Harris. American Spittoon knows not of what he speaks. The Weaver case was an example of government run amok. What AS doesn't recognize is, it was the government of the party AS supports. Frankly, the dude just wanted to be left alone and BATF agents snuck up on him, shot his kid's dog, shot his kid, laid siege to his cabin (shack really) and then shot his wife in the head as she stood in the doorway holding her baby.
