Did he refuse to surrender and lay down his arms? He had people shooting at him who didn't properly identify themselves as law enforcement agents. They'd killed his kid, they killed his wife. When they finally did identify themselves, he was convinced they would kill him also if he came out of the house. Once again, oh mighty Spirit of Kerry, you know not of which you speak. Next time you get stopped by a cop you try resisting arrest and brandishing a weapon. See how long you last. The situation at Ruby Ridge was nothing like a traffic stop. But, I'm wasting my breath. There is no way I will ever convince you that the glorious Clinton Justice Department abused citizens of this country and violated their civil rights.
