Who cares? You can always nitpick some little federal case gone wrong in any administration. In war and in law enfrocement, stuff happens. Bush has hundreds of ops gone wrong. Just look at 9-11, Tora Bora or the prison scandals in Iraq. Anyway, Clinton is not running for president. Bush is. He's the one we need to judge now. Look at his record and decide. Is there a single issue he has succeeded on? Try zero. despite the biggest deficit spending in history.
