If you knew some of the rabid right wing Cubans like I do, you can be assured that this is very old news. The rabid right wing Cubans are something else. Very active, very committed, but many are quite over the top. Have on here in town, a lawyer with whom I infrequently litigate. I once received an invitation to go to Havana to attend a Continuing Legal Education event sponsored by the Cuban Bar Association, how I got that I don't know, presumably related to my background. I simply forwarded it to the Cuban lawyer, and waited for the blast. He went ballistic--"Are you some sort of Commie?" He hates it when I tell him that the GOP can basically do whatever it wants with the Cuban vote, and that it will never take the advice from the nuttier Cubans, because there is no way in hell the Cubans will ever go Dem.
