Huh? You are obviously writing to the wrong person. What does any of that have to do with anything I've written?

I tried to invest in Beijing and if I'd been in Shanghai, I bet I'd have wanted to invest there. Beijing was safe [from a criminal point of view though the sars and dirty air were nothing to write home about].

Negative psychotic vibe? Well, you can have your opinion about whatever it is that you have an opinion about. Maybe if you argued a case about something rather than randomly call people psychotic, you'd have some apparent attachment to reality and there'd be some apparent point to your post.

I agree that Beijing [and I suppose Shanghai] is the place to invest in real estate [provided one isn't worried about Pacific Ocean tsunamis wrecking the place and one assumes the psychotic megalomaniacs running China don't start a nuclear war because they want to take over Taiwan].
