In order to objectivize the reference standard it is therefore necessary to employ someone who is "certified", otherwise it's just one person's word against another. So, even though psychologists may be "not normal", as others see them, they are "certified" and that is what makes their opinion more than just an opinion. (pun intended) > You don't need a weatherman to tell you it's raining. But it does help to have one as an "expert witness" if one is in a court of law. What interested me about that psychological assessment is that it's the first time I have seen a professional opinion on W's condition and, indeed, it would seem to be borderline that he is actually insane.

The institute is examining whether fireproofing was a factor in the north tower's ability to stand twice as long as the south tower after it was hit.
