None. But, then again, these clowns don't even try to get the budget anywhere close to balance. As far as I know, taxes have never been cut during a war like they have been in recent years, unless you include the cold war. The Rs are running the federal government like drunken sailors. But, what do they care? Their wealthy banker friends are the ones who will be making all the money from these huge deficits. But, our children will eventually have to pay the tab. What a mismanagement of our money. All this coming from the party of "fiscal responsibility"?!? What a joke that term is now after three years of drunken sailor spending and deficits under the Republicans. Jeeze! I thought the Democrats were suppossed to be the spend, spend, spend party of big government. Apparently, we were all wrong, the Rs have blown the Ds away since they taken over the ship of our government and run it like drunken sailors. They'll pay for their misdeeds at the polls this fall.

Name one Administration that cut taxes while prosecuting a war. I will give you a hint. There has only been one.
