You misquoted Kerry (of course). It was about the 87 billion funding which Bushies dumped onto our national credit card with no accounting. Totally unpaid for. Kerry and Biden demanded a better way, part of it as a loan to gtet some Iraqi oil for US taxpayers, and the rest finances by a small partial tax rollback on the top 1% richest Americans. Plus accounting. Bushies defended the billionairesd and insistsed on no accounting. The 87 has since disappeared into a black hole. All pure debt. So Kery did indeed support one version of this bill but not the Bushie version. What's wrong with that? Please answer the question.
