Can't argue with that. Lots of other deleterious effects from the din, as well.

But how does that notion enlighten me on the significance of Putin giving Bush some intel?

I think those who are playing politics and accusing the Administration of "lying" are actually causing harm and even death to the captives of these murderers. And to our soldiers.

And how does adding to the din by making an issue of Putin's intel remedy that?

If the objective is to eliminate the accusations, more din is not helpful.
