Wrong. Clinton knows that the reason that bin Laden has been attacking America (since the early 90's), is because of U.S. policy regarding Iraq. Clinton knows, that as long as Saddam was in power, U.S. troops were going to be stationed in Saudi Arabia to contain Iraq. And President Clinton knows, that as long as U.S. troops were in Saudi Arabia, al Qaeda would kill Americans. Why? Because that what bin Laden said, when he declared war on the United States.
