Good Point, I have been amazed at the markets missing this central investment theme. I mean even if in Oracle's checking account - not many firm can lay claim to 2 billion / year cash flow. I'm really amazed as to how much/long this peoplesoft tender has delayed price appreciation. I keep selling puts which enable accumulation of the stock in the high 10's. In 8-10 years they'll be worth that in cash - that doesn't happen at the bank !?! The tax rate will be 15% - I Hope. Bob
