Saddam paid the families of suicide bombers. Why wouldn't Saddam pay the families of Al Quaida suicide bombers too?

Cheney refused to testify under oath in front of the 9/11 commission. Why would anyone believe him even now. Could the evidence be doctored. We have lost faith in this Administration. First they spoke of an imminent threat from WMDs. There are no WMDs. Then they had their opportunity to testify in front of the 9/11 Commission. They did not speak up then. After the Commission put forth their early version of the report, now Cheny is coming forward with these reports. <font color=red>And it is that same intelligence agency who have been proved to be faulty and wrong in the past. <font color=black>Right from the reports that Saddam and his sons have been struck with missiles while they were in a bunker we have had numeraous intelligence reports, all of which were faulty. Why would people ever believe those reports in this case.
