What is an avoidance/avoidance conflict?

This is what I remember from Psych 101 some forty years ago. You have approach/approach conflicts where you have to choose between two desirables such as selecting beef wellington vs. lobster thermidor from a menu. You have approach/avoidance conflicts where you have to choose whether to pursue something that has both desirable and undesirable aspects such as attending a family reunion when you're afraid of flying. Avoidance/avoidance is when you have to choose between equally bad options like remaining in a burning high rise or jumping. The last type is said to be the most difficult.

You now know everything I do about this subject. My usage of the term was flip.
